Action Taken: Manager placed salsa in the cold table reach in cooler to lower and hold a temperature of 41F or lower.

This was a routine inspection of the facility.

There has been a recent change of General Manager.
General Manager is very knowledgeable of food handling.
Observed proper handwashing, hair restraints and glove use.
Proper reheating methods and cooling methods are being used.
3 Door left, 3 Door right, and coke display coolers are non-operational.

There is no follow up required at this time.
