4-602.13/NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES The drainline for the ice bin/pop machine is not cleaned on a frequent basis. Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues. Correct By: 17-Jul-2015 Action Taken: The ice bin/pop machine drainline has been cleaned.
5-402.11/BACKFLOW PREVENTION 1) An air-break exists between the sewage system and the drainline from the ice bin/pop machine. 2) An air-break exists between the sewage system and the drainline from the ice machine. Design the sewage system in a manner that would provide an air-gap between the sewage system and the drain from which food is placed. Correct By: 17-Jul-2015 Action Taken: Both the ice bin/pop machine drainline and the ice machine drainline now have an air-gap seperation between the sewage system.
