| This was a routine inspection. The facility is clean and organized. All food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone during inspection. Proper personal hygiene practices were observed including hair restraints, and glove use while handling ready to eat foods. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer specifications. High temperature dish machine was at the proper temperature. No violtions were cited and no follow up is necessary at this time.
