Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed throughout the inspection. Proper date marking procedures in place. Rachell Schrader and Adam Bleisner are scheduled to take the CFM test on January 3rd, 2018. Rachell is also in the process of doing the Allergen training.
