Notes:

Keep an eye on the WIF (not approved by GCHD) because the door is not tight fitting; Ice crystals are forming on the fry boxes closest to the WIF door.
The area sanitarian opened a box of chicken tenders and fries to verify that the foods were frozen.

You shall SUBMIT a remodel application and PAY the fee associated with the remodel as it pertains to this NEW walk in freezer that was installed after the last routine inspection. Submit the remodel application and its fee by 5/27/2014.

Date Marking was found in compliance;
Sanitizer levels were found in compliance.
