Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and well organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed throughout inspection. Proper date marking procedures in place. Proper thawing via walk-in cooler. No violations to report at this time.
