THE PIC STATED THAT THE FOOD WAS COOLING DOWN TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE IN THE COOLER. THE MEAT WAS 115F-119F BY THERMOCOUPLE. MAKE SURE ALL READY TO EAT, POTENTIALLY HAZARDSOU FOODS COOL FROM 153F-70F IN TWO HOURS, AND 70F-41F IN ANOTHER FOUR HOURS. Action Taken: THE MEAT WAS PLACED IN THE COOLER DURING THIS INSPECTION.
