TODAY'S VISIT IS TO CONDUCT A ROUTINE INSPECTION. THIS IS THE FIRST ROUTINE INSPECTION SINCE BEING GRANTED APPROVAL TO OPEN AS THE NEW OWNER. THE KITCHEN IS USED BY CATERERS FROM A UNIVERSITY APPROVED LIST, AND WILL BE USED AS A STAGING KITCHEN ONLY. THEREFORE, TODAY, THERE IS NO FOOD BEING PREPARED OR SERVED AND THIS VISIT IS A NON OPERATIONAL INSPECTION.
