Todays inspection is a pre-opening inspection for the remodel of this STFU. This STFU changed from an electric grill to a gas grill.A fire suppression system was installed by Verified Fire Pro in May of 2023. SOP's are on board. There are no violations to report at this time. You are approved to operate this new equipment (gas grill) in this existing STFU.
