The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

COVID-19 Health Policy in place.
Facility is extremely clean and well organized.
All hot/cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Person in charge demonstrated proper heating procedures and cook off temperatures.
Observed proper hand washing and glove use.

There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
