The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Employee demonstrated proper raw heating temperatures. Sanitizer concentration is proper. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods. There are no violations to cite and there is no need for a follow up at this time.
