The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. PIC demonstrated knowledge of the employee health policy and allergen requirements. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Cold Brew is being made per SOP's Observed proper utensil use while handling ready to eat foods. All foods are manufacturer precooked and heated for immediate service. Sanitizer concentration is proper. High temperature dishwasher is operating per manufacturer specs. There are no violations to cite and there is no need for a follow up at this time.
