This facility has installed a 3 compartment sink in the cafe and has removed the handsink. Immediate repair shall take place and violations regarding this issue corrected no later than March 27, 2014. A remodel application should have been submitted for plan review before construction took place.

It is now mandatory per the 2005 Food Code/Michigan Food Law that all food facilities employ a full-time, Certified Food Manager. Previous Certified Manager no longer works at this facility. 60 days is allowed for correction.
