Comments

The reason for today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone during time of inspection. Proper hand washing and glove use while handling RTE foods was observed.
