Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Sanitization rinse in high-temperature dishmachine is not reaching 180°F and does not turn the temperature tape black in color.
Adjust exposure time to hot water so utensils reach a minimum surface temperature of 160°F.
Action Taken: Ecolab came out and adjusted the temperature and the surface temp of 160 was obtained.

Comments
This is a routine inspection. This facility is clean and organized. The PIC is knowledgeable of duties. Observed proper hand-washing, hair restraint, and glove use. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone. No follow-up required.
