The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Observed proper use of gloves and proper use of time as a public health control. PIC was knowledgeable of safe food handling and proper heating temperatures. A follow up shall occur for violation 4-501.114 within 10 days of inspection.
