Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed bag of pizza boxes stored directly on the floor next to the Coke a Cola RIC in the hallway. Observed several trays stored directly on the floor next to the Coke a Cola RIC in the hallway.
Relocate bag of pizza boxes in clean, dry location a minimum of 6-inches off the floor. Wash, rinse, sanitize the trays and then relocate to a clean, dry location at least 6-inches off the floor.
Action Taken: PIC relocated bag of pizza boxes at least 6 inches off the floor. PIC washed, rinsed, and sanitized trays and relocated trays at least 6 inches off the floor.
