Operational Routine Inspection Notes: Sanitizer levels in the wiping cloth buckets and the sanitizer bay of the 3 compartment sink were found in compliance. All food temperatures were found in compliance (hot and cold). Proper glove use was observed today. The management is still implementing mask use as part of their health policy. There are no violations to report at this time. |
