This facility is clean and maintained. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use and hair restraints observed. Excellent separation of raw meat and eggs from ready to eat foods. Previous violation 5202.12 Handwashing Sink, Installation has been corrected and is providing hot water of at least 100 degrees. There are no violations to report at this time. |
