The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Covid-19 health policy is in place.
Facility is drive thru only at this time.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
No cook off temperatures available during inspection.
Person in charge demonstrated knowledge of proper cook off temperatures and holding temperatures.
Observed proper hand washing and glove/utensil use.
Sanitizer concentration is proper per manufacturer.
All food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.

There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
