Observed sanitizer concentration for the chemical dishwasher with sanitizer concentration of 0 ppm. Bar does have 3 compartment sink to use as alternative. Informed PIC that it needs to be repaired before use.

This is a follow-up inspection to violation 4-501.111.
Facility corrected the violation and presented a sanitizer test strip with 100ppm solution.
