[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a) / Pool structure is water tight
Repeat Observed the paint on the pool bottom to still be peeling in several spots. In order to keep the pool watertight, it is necessary that the interior finish be maintained in good repair. Renovate the interior surface of the pool. Ensure that the paint color conforms to Ohio Department of Health guidelines. Discussed with the PIC, who requested that the pool repainting be allowed to occur in Summer 2024, when the pool is less used and the building conditions allow for more rapid paint drying.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Observed the north ladder to still be loose from the pool deck. Some work had been done at the base of the ladder to secure it to the pool deck, but the material used had re-cracked. In order to reduce the risk of accidents, it is necessary for ladders to be sturdy and well-secured to the pool deck. Repair or replace this ladder and its attachments to the pool deck. Discussed with the PIC, who indicated that the ladder would be rechecked and repaired as soon as possible.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat Observed a small section of deck tiles that still did not have intact grouting. In order to reduce the risk of accidents, it is necessary for the pool deck surface to be in good repair. Repair this section of decking. Discussed with the PIC who indicated that replacement grout would be applied as soon as possible.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
Repeat Observed that the pool still was not supplied with a 12 foot non-telescopic reach pole with a Shepherd's crook. It is necessary for the pool to be provided with a 12 foot non-telescopic reach pool with a Shepherd's crook. Replace the current pole with the correct pole. Discussed with the PIC, who indicated that a new pole would be provided as soon as possible.

Comments
Discussed renovation issues with Mr. Gurung, Mrs. Gurung, and Mr. Martinez-Garcia.

Mr. Gurung requested that the repainting of the pool interior be done in Summer 2024, when the pool is not as well used and the conditions inside the building will allow for a faster drying time. Please note, several sections of tile handhold coping (located at the waterline of the pool near the 4-foot markers and skimmers, are chipped. Please make arrangements for all chipped tiles in these locations to be repaired and/or replaced when the pool is repainted.

Mr. Martinez-Garcia indicated that he would work to tighten the fasteners for the north ladder and provide replacement grouting around several of the tiles between the pool and the spa.

Mrs. Gurung indicated that they would obtain a replacement 12 foot, non-telescopic Shepherd's crook as soon as possible.
