[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Observed that the flow meter was not readable.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the flow meters are readable. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical Observed that the SVRS device was not tested in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the SVRS is tested each month per manufacturers specifications and recorded on the records. Have the SVRS device tested immediately and maintain the test results on site.
3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Observed the pool water at 90 degrees Fahrenheit
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the pool does not exceed 90 degrees. Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degrees Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c) / Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
Critical Observed that the ACC was in alarm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the ACC is no longer in alarm. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the audible or visual alarm is activated when necessary.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Observed that the A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line is severely torn/damaged
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with a 1/4" diameter thick 30-60 ft rope in good repair is provided. Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Repeat Observed an empty first aid kit.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that a first aid kit is readily available to the public at all times. Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times. The first aid kit needs to supplied with sufficient supplies to stop bleeding and disposable gloves.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Observed that the emergency telephone was not working.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
