Observed no USCG (united states coast guard) Type IV personal flotation device(ring buoy) with 30 to 60 foot throw line (1/4 inch diameter) was not provided at the unguarded pool.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, provide a proper floatation device at all times. Discussed with PIC.
