3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Observed that Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

Observed Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly (in alarm) at the time of the inspection
In order to reduced the risk of health hazards, ensure ACC is working properly and out of alarm. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
