Corrected During Inspection Spa water temperature was greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do not operate the spa at a water temperature greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Reduce the water temperature to 104 degrees or less. PIC added cold water to spa making it an acceptable temperature and chemicals.
