Observed the flow meter to be seized and not functioning properly.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Repair or replace the flow meter.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Main gate providing access to wading pool does not self-close and latch does not lift properly, leaving the gate propped open and easily accessible.
Repair gate so that is is self-closing and repair latch on gate so that it closes properly.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed pH to be 8.0. pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
