Required turnover rates were not met. Flow meter @ 70gpm the minimum required is 125gpm. Try backwash and recheck flow meter to see if minimum flow is met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

Observed- Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Sand filter meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.Replace sand filter meter.
