[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that the disinfection residual is not being tested until 8AM at the earliest but the pool is open at 6 AM. Some days it appears that there is no testing on the pool.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Test the disinfectant residual before the pool opens and at least once every 12 hours there after.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
The combined chlorine is not being tested according to records.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Test for combined chlorine every time you test for free chlorine.

Observed that the pH is not being tested before the pool opens in the morning at 6AM. Some days it appears that there is no testing of the pH.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Test the pH before the pool opens in the AM and at least once every 12 hours there after.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
The water temperature is not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day. Take water temperatures and record them at least once daily.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
The back door does not self close and latch
Repair the door so that the door self closes and latches.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
The pH was observed at 7.0.
The pH must be maintained between 7.2-7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
