| Drain covers installed in 2009. Covers have a 7 year submerged lifetime. Therefore, the soonest replacement = 2016. The front gate self-closes and latches, but the gatepost at the front gate is a little loose - operator indicated that it would be re-cemented ASAP. Thank you. |
