[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly and in alarm at the time of the inspection
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. PIC was able to get the alarm off.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that disinfection residuals were not tested and recorded daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers. (no records since 1/21/22)
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure to test and record the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Observed that combined chlorine was not tested and recorded daily at pool side prior to use. (no records since 1/21/22)
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure to test and record for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that pH was not tested and recorded daily at pool side.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure pH must be tested and recorded prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Observed water temperatures were not being recorded daily. (since 1/21/22)
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Observed total alkalinity was not tested and recorded weekly.
In order to reduce the risk of heath hazards, ensure to test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the chemical/equipment storage room to be unlocked.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that chemical room is closed and locked when operator is not in the room. PIC closed and locked room.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed pH to be over 8.0.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range (7.2-7.8).
