Repeat Observed that the flow meter was not functioning property or the rate of flow is too high.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat Observed standing water on the deck.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, make necessary repairs to eliminate the excessive standing water.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(u) / Ventilation system is maintained/ free of hazards
Repeat Observed that the ventilation system is broken.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the ventilation system is repaired. PIC stated that they have been working on the repair for the last two days.
