The flow meter to measure the flow rate of the main pool is not working during the inspection, so the flow rate could not be determined to be in the required range to provide the correct turn over rate to treat the pool water.. Need to repair or replace the meter so the flow indicator floats with the flow of the water to accurately measure the flow rate of the pool's system.
