3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d)/Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Observed that the circulation system was not operating properly at the time of the inspection (flow meter reading at 30 GPM).
In order to reduce the risk of contamination, ensure that the circulation system is functioning properly. Increase the flow rate of the pool to a minimum of 69 GPM.

Observed the combined chlorine was at 1.5 ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the combined chlorine does not exceed 1 ppm. Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
Comments
Marvin will be ordering sand and gravel to replace the filter sand. This will help with the rate of flow through to the pool. This will be done ASAP.
