Repeat 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) - Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent Observation (REPEAT): Missing the ladder for the deep end of the pool for pool users/swimmers to have a safe and easy access out of the deep end of the pool. Operator reports waiting on part.

Repeat 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) - Perimeter barrier needs to be in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry Observation: Several sections of the perimeter fence (barrier) need to be reattached to not easily be pulled apart from the adjacent fence panel potentially allowing unauthorized access to the pool by kids or adults. Need to fix the fence to secure the pool when closed from easy access The sections were pointed out to the operator during the last inspection that need repaired. At this inspection, the pool is closed for the season but the fence will need to be repaired prior to reopening for use in 2024.

Pool closed for the season. Signs posted on both gates and gates are locked. Discussed with pool operator and apartment manager about the ladder needs to be installed in the deep end and to repair the fencing is maintained.
