3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. One of the ladders is still marked off with caution tape. In order to provide adequate ladders to allow entrance and exit from the pool, it is necessary that all ladders are in good condition and available for use. Repair or replace this ladder.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(u) / Ventilation system is maintained/ free of hazards
Repeat The metal screen for ventilation between the workout room and the pump room is still broken. In order to maintain proper ventilation in the pump room, the metal screen must be open and in good condition. Replace the broken grill and secure it in place with appropriate fasteners.

3701-31-04 (B)/All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
The facilities were not maintained in a safe, clean & sanitary, and in good repair. The pool chemical storage closet and the pool pump room had been worked on and were less disordered, with fewer junk items scattered on the floor, no empty chemical bottles strewn on the floor, better-organized storage shelves, and cleaner floors. One bag of sodium bicarbonate was still open and stored on the floor of the chemical storage room. In order to reduce the risk of accidents, falls, and misuse or accidental spillage of chemicals, it is necessary that storage closets be kept clean and well-organized. Keeping wokring on the cleaning and reorganization of these rooms.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)/Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. One of the hooks for the shepherd's crook had been srewed back onto the wall but was pulling back out during the inspection. Repair the wall, replace the hook with a proper connector or in a stronger portion of the wall, and rehang the shepherd's crook.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)/Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Several floor tiles on the pool deck are still broken and angled up, causing a trip hazard. The area is currently covered with pool furniture - mark it well with caution sign. In order to reduce the risk of accidents, it is necessary that the pool deck be kept free of hazards. Repair this area.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t)/Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
The pool pump room still has a broken section of PVC pipe (described as the manifold) in the circulation system. Replace all cracked or damaged PVC pipe to stop the water leak and dry the floor.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j)/All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
There was no record that the Stingl Switch had been checked in the last 30 days. In order to ensure the proper function of the switch and to reduce the risk of serious injury, it is necessary that the switch be checked for proper function at least once every 30 days. The unit appears to be working but has a message asking for service. Service the unit in-house OR - if unable to provide adequate service in-house - arrange for professional service and make a note of all work on the daily log.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j)/All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
The PIC and pool operator worked on the unit during the inspection. The PIC indicated that, if needed, professional service would be provided.
Comments
The 10-16-2020 follow-up inspection was rescheduled to 10-19-2020.

The Stingl Switch was checked again and found to have a service message. The unit appears to be working, but needs to be serviced. Arrange for professional service for the unit before the next scheduled inspection on 11-04-2020.
