[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Observed PVC pipe leaking between the flow meter and the salt generator closes to the back wall of the equipment building. Need to fix the leak to maintain the pool's circulation and filtration system in good condition and to maintain flow to achieve the correct turnover in 8 hrs of the water. Fixing the leak will also help with maintaining the water volume and water chemistry by reducing the amount of fresh water that needs to be added to the pool to maintain the pool's water volume.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
The water flow reading on the flow meter was 110 gpm which is less than the minimum flow rate (125 gpm) for the volume of the pool to have a complete turnover of the pool water over 8 hrs (480 mins). Need to adjust flow to be at least 125 gpm to ensure a complete turnover of the pool water has circulated through the pool's filtration and chlorination system to disinfect the water to limit the growth and exposure of waterborne pathogens in the pool's water.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Found the fencing replaced needs to be anchored or adjust the bottom of the chain linked fence to prevent a gap of 4 inches or more that a child could try to crawl under to access the pool and be entrapped. During the inspection, the inspector was able to push the bottom of the replaced section easily to allow enough space for a child to crawl under and access the pool area.
