3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) / Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain.
Observed the discharge line to be without an air gap.
Lines discharging into backwash or drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain. Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat Observed the pH to be less than 7.0.
The pH shall be maintained within the range of 7.2 - 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Observed no first aid kit.
Public pools with no lifegaurds on duty must provide a first aid kit that includes disposible gloves and a suffient supply of materials to stop bleeding. Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Observed that the emergency telephone was not working.
A working telephone shall be available for emergency at all times. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
