Repeat Observed that the flow meter was not working properly.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Observed severally damaged tile on the pool deck around the stair rail and several cracks along the overflow/gutter drain on the pool deck.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the pool deck is free of hazards. Repair the pool deck.
