3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) / Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain.
Observed that there is not an air gap between the DE filter discharge lines and the waste sump.
Lines discharging into backwash or drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain. Provide an air gap on these lines.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Observed total alkalinity at 50 ppm.
Total alkalinity shall be maintained at or over 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
