Repeat Observed - both gates have latch problems which stop gates from self closing. To restrict entrance of toddlers. Repair latch to self close.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Observed- A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Rope was rotted. Safety issue. Replace rope.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Observed- Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Reviewed requirement with Board member. Provide working phone.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Free chlorine is .5 , Add chlorine to 1ppm or more.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
