Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed chipping paint.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. Maintain the deck area so paint is in tact and does not pose a potential hazard. PIC said they are planning to paint the area soon.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH to be above 8.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Adjust pH to be within acceptable range.
