[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed the fencing needs fixed or repaired next to the building housing the restrooms and pool equipment. There is a gap between the fence and the building that is more than 4 inches wide that may allow easy access to the pool and the risk of entrapment of a child because this opening is wider towards the top of the fence and narrows down to less than 4 inches in the middle of the fence height. The temporary construction fencing in place does not close off the fence correctly and needs to be replaced to eliminate this unapproved entry site of the fence to the pool.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
A working telephone or an emergency call box shall be available for emergency use during all parts of the year a public swimming pool is in use. The emergency device shall be at a public swimming pool or within five hundred feet of the public swimming pool. The emergency device shall remain continuously connected to a power source, as appropriate, and operational at all times. ** Relying on the personal phone of the pool monitor, life guard, residents or swimmers is not acceptable. The facility will need to provide a designated phone/cell phone to be at the pool at all times. It needs to be available when the apartment office is closed and in operation even when the pool is closed to be available for emergency use. It needs to at a minimum be able to dial out to 911 to contact the local emergency services.
