[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(3) / Staff is trained and knowledgeable
Staff was not trained or knowledgeable in pool operations.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards staff shall be trained on pool operations, operation of equipment, chemical storage, use and handling and appropriate emergency procedures. Train appropriate staff members on pool operations, operation of equipment, chemical storage, use and handling and appropriate emergency procedures.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that the disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards the disinfection residual shall be tested every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Ensure that the disinfection residual is tested at the required frequency.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Observed that the combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards the combined chlorine shall be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Test the combined chlorine at the required frequency.

Observed that the pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards the pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Ensure that the pH is tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Observed that the water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards the water temperature shall be recorded daily. Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
