Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. One of the underwater pool lights has been pulled away from the pool wall. It appears to work, but there is a gap in the connection.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Please check and reattach this pool light to reduce the risk of injury to a patron.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook was not provided at the unguarded pool. The reach pole was not available during the inspection.
Provide a 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole in the pool area at all times. Please check on this piece of safety equipment and replace it if it has been lost to ensure adequate equipment to rescue a patron if necessary. .

One of the emergency telephones is gone, but there is still a sign pointing in its former location. Please either replace the second telephone or remove the sign.

The pool interior surface is showing many areas where the paint is worn or chipped. Please plan to renovate the pool paint over the winter and next spring PRIOR to the 2020 pool licensing year. Remember to contact the Ohio Department of Health at 614-644-7438 about pool paint color choices to ensure that the paint color is approved.
