[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat Observed that the last record was from the week of 5/6/18 and that the pool is not monitored on most Sundays and Mondays.
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Observed that the pool was only being tested between 8-9am and the pool hours of operation are 10a-10pm.
The disinfectant residual shall be tested every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Ensure that the pool is tested before bathers enter the water and then again within the 12 hour window of operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed the exterior emergency door was not self latching.
All perimeter gates and doors shall be self-closing and lockable. Repair this door in order to be self-closing and lockable.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Observed that the emergency phone was not working.
A working telephone or an emergency call box shall be available for emergency use at all times. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities or the front desk if properly marked.
