Inspection Date: 27-January-2017

Comments
Received a complaint that the facility is dirty. Facility was clean upon inspection. Observed some orange discoloration (stains) within the whirlpool area, which may have been confused as dirt/debris. Discoloration/stains likely appeared over time from unbalanced water. Observed the whirlpool temperature to be elevated at 105 degrees F. Observed the pH to be elevated at 8.0. Combined chlorine was also elevated at 2.4ppm. Spoke with PIC about the issue. Spa temperature was turned down. Further maintenance of the whirlpool will be taken care of by the operator.
