[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Several screws to hold a pool cover are still present on the pool deck and extend above the deck surface and pose a tripping hazard. Several cracks are present in the concrete surface of the deck.
In order to ensure safe use of the pool and avoid accidents on the pool deck, it is necessary that the operator repair areas of the deck where standing water is occurring or where cracks or projections occur on the deck surface. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. Discussed this with the person-in-charge. Remove the screws and start making arrangements to repair the cracked concrete.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
The pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. The pH level was measured at 7.0. This is too low.
In order to maintain proper pool water quality and comfort, it is necessary that the operator treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Discussed this with the person-in-charge. Raise the pH level.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
The total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. The total alkalinity was measured at 50 ppm. This is too low.
In order to maintain proper pool quality and comfort, it is necessary that the pool operator maintain the total alkalinity above 60 ppm. Discussed this with the person-in-charge. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
