[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (D)(8)(c) / Test kit reagents fresh/ properly stored.
Test kit reagents were not fresh or stored properly. Observed many small bottles of pool test chemicals that were outdated, old, dirty, uncapped, and stored in several kits and containers in the pump room. In the kit that appeared to be used regularly, the R-0871 bottle was empty, the R-0004 bottle was out-of-date, and the R-0013 bottle was missing. In order to allow required checks for pool chemistry and reduce the risk of incorrect chemical readings, it is necessary to have a sufficient supply of fresh test reagents. Check all pool chemicals, discard all out-dated chemicals, and ensure that the test kit is fully stocked.
Obtain fresh reagents and store them properly.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm. Measured the combined chlorine at 1.5 ppm. In order to ensure adequate pool disinfection, it is necessary that the combined chlorine be kept below 1.0 ppm. Treat the pool to reduce the combined chlorine.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
