Repeat Observed the paint on the bottom of the pool to still be peeling in several spots. Per previous inspections, the PIC intends to renovate the pool in Summer 2024 when the pool is less used.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Observed the ladder on the north side of the pool was still blocked by caution tape. It is necessary that the pool be maintained in good condition, especially ladders that allow egress from the pool. Repair or replace this ladder.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
Repeat Observed that the shepherd's crook was still connected to a TELESCOPIC reach pole. It is necessary for the pool to be supplied with a 12 foot NON-telescopic reach pole. Discussed with the PIC who indicated that they had not yet received a new pole.
